1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing pornhubdownloader.pro (the "Website") or using our Telegram bot (the "Bot"), together the "Service", you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you are a rights holder and believe the Service is being used to infringe your rights, please follow the process on our DMCA page. We may remove content or restrict access in response to valid notices and may suspend repeat infringers.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party platforms, including Telegram and the websites videos come from. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, which we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or changes, and any of them may change in ways that stop parts of the Service from working.

8. Optional paid features

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement and availability. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, or from content you access through it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
