1. Who we are

This policy explains how SexyBotz ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use pornhubdownloader.pro (the "Website") and our Telegram bot (the "Bot"), together the "Service". For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].

2. What we collect

On the Website

  • Searches and links: the search terms you enter and the video URLs you paste, so we can show results and hand your request to the Bot.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and timestamps, collected in server logs and for security and performance.
  • Usage analytics: the pages you view, the site you came from, your browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language, your approximate location (country, region and city) and which buttons you use, such as Download. See section 5.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see section 5.

In the Bot

  • Telegram account data we receive from Telegram: your numeric Telegram user ID, chat ID, username, display name and language setting. We do not receive your phone number unless you choose to share it.
  • Your activity: commands you use, searches, the videos you request or download, and related timestamps.
  • Feature data: things you create or earn in the Bot, such as favourites, playlists, streaks, achievements, ranks, credits and VIP or trial status.
  • Payment information, if you buy anything: transaction status and reference from the payment provider. We do not receive or store full card details.

What we do not collect

We do not ask you to create a password or account on the Website, and we do not collect your email address unless you contact us.

3. Why this data is sensitive

Because of what the Service is, your searches and download history can reveal information about your sexual interests. We treat this data as confidential, restrict access to it, and do not sell it. Please keep this in mind when deciding what to search for and how you use the Bot.

4. How we use data

  • to provide the Service: search, delivery of the videos you request, and features such as favourites, playlists and VIP access;
  • to run engagement features such as streaks, achievements and recommendations;
  • to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and enforce our Terms, including handling copyright notices;
  • to measure performance and fix problems;
  • to show and measure advertising, as described below;
  • to comply with the law and respond to valid legal requests.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing the service you asked for, our legitimate interests in running and securing it, legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it.

5. Analytics, cookies and advertising

Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that we host on our own server, to understand how the Website is used and to fix problems. Your analytics data is not sent to a third-party analytics company. It records:

  • the pages you view, without anything after a "?" in the address, so your search terms are never recorded;
  • the website you came from (the referrer), such as a search engine;
  • your browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language;
  • your approximate location (country, region and city), worked out from your IP address. The IP address itself is not stored by the analytics tool;
  • whether you used features such as search, the Download buttons or the FAQ links. The event is counted, but we do not record what you searched for or which video you chose.

Umami does not use cookies and does not follow you across other websites. We keep analytics data for up to 24 months. You can block the analytics script with a browser extension or your browser's privacy settings, and the Website will work the same.

Cookies

Our analytics do not use cookies. The Website may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functions, and where advertising is shown, advertising providers may use their own cookies under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the Website may then work less well.

Advertising

We may show advertising on the Website and in the Bot. We do not give advertisers your Telegram user ID or your search and download history.

6. Videos and files

Videos you request are processed so they can be delivered to you through Telegram. We do not keep copies longer than is technically needed to complete delivery, such as temporary processing or caching. Once a file is sent to your Telegram account, it is stored and handled by Telegram under its own terms.

7. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Telegram, which operates the platform the Bot runs on and has its own privacy policy;
  • service providers who help us run the Service, such as hosting, CDN and security, database, analytics, advertising and payment providers, who may only use the data to provide their service to us;
  • authorities and other parties where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, safety and security;
  • a successor if the Service is merged, sold or transferred, subject to this policy.

8. How long we keep data

  • Server and security logs: up to 90 days.
  • Bot account and activity data: while you use the Bot, and for up to 12 months after your last activity, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
  • Records we must keep by law, such as payment and copyright-notice records: as long as the law requires.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent you have given. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

To make a request, email [email protected] from the contact you use with us and include your Telegram username or ID so we can find your records. We may need to verify that the account is yours before acting.

11. Adults only

The Service is for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us and we will delete the related data and block access.

12. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it.
