Our approach

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. Pornhub Downloader is a tool that lets users request a copy of a video and send it to their own Telegram account. We do not create or own the videos accessed through the Service. We respond to valid notices of claimed infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent laws.

How to submit a takedown notice

If you are the copyright owner, or authorized to act on their behalf, and you believe material accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (for example, a link to the original).
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it: the video URL or video key, and the Telegram bot link or message if applicable.
4. Your contact information: name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Notices that are missing these elements may not be actioned, so please be complete and specific.

Email is the preferred channel, because it lets us keep a record of each notice and respond in writing.

What happens next

• We review each complete notice and, if it is valid, remove or disable access to the identified material as quickly as we reasonably can.
• We may share a copy of the notice, including your contact details, with the user affected, as the law permits or requires.
• If the file was delivered to a Telegram account, the copy stored on Telegram is controlled by Telegram. You can also report it to Telegram directly through its own reporting channels.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless that person notifies us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will suspend or ban users who are repeatedly the subject of valid infringement notices, including by blocking their Telegram accounts from the Bot.

False or abusive notices

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney's fees. Please do not submit a notice unless you are sure it is accurate.

Illegal or non-consensual content
