Frequently Asked Questions
Everything about downloading Pornhub videos to Telegram: how it works, cost, quality, troubleshooting and legal questions.
Getting started
How do I download a Pornhub video?
Search for a video on this site or paste a Pornhub URL, then click Download. You will be redirected to our Telegram bot, where you choose the quality and receive the video file.
Can I paste a video link instead of searching?
Yes. Paste the full video URL into the box on the home page and press Download.
Do I need an account or to install anything?
There is no registration on the website and nothing to install. You only need Telegram (the app or the web version), because the bot delivers your video there.
Does it work on mobile and desktop?
Yes. It works on any device where Telegram is available, including Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, Linux and the web.
Cost and quality
Is it free?
Yes, basic downloads are free. Some features may require credits, as detailed in the bot.
What formats and qualities are available?
Quality depends on what the original video offers: typically 480p, 720p and 1080p, and up to 4K where available. You choose the quality in the bot.
Why is the highest quality missing for some videos?
Not every video is published in every resolution, and Telegram limits the size of files that can be sent, so very long or very high-resolution videos may only be offered in lower qualities.
Troubleshooting
My download is slow or not working. What can I do?
Check that you pasted the full link to a single video page, try a lower quality, wait a minute and retry. Large files take longer to prepare and send. If it keeps failing, contact us through the contact page with the video link. Contact us →
